Returns

* You can request a return within 7 days of delivery
* Item must be unused, in original condition & packaging
* Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

* Items without original packaging
* Free gifts or promotional items

Refunds

* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
* Refund will be processed within **5–7 business days**
* Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Cash on Delivery Orders

* Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

Return Shipping

* In case of defective/wrong product → we cover shipping
* In other cases → customer may bear return shipping cost
